Support & Resources
Introduction
This page collects links to support channels, security reporting, official repositories, terminology references, and community resources. Use it when you need help, want to report an issue, or are looking for official Hathor channels.
Support
If after consulting the documentation you still need help to operate or use any software component of Hathor system, join the Hathor Discord server and post in the appropriate channel for assistance from the Hathor team and community members.
If you observe incorrect behavior while using any software component of Hathor system, open an issue in its GitHub repository to report the failure or suggest a new feature.
Do not open a GitHub issue to report a security breach or vulnerability. See the Security section below for the correct reporting process.
Security
Hathor Labs runs a bug bounty program through Immunefi to encourage responsible disclosure of security vulnerabilities. To report a vulnerability:
- Do not open a public GitHub issue or post in community channels.
- Submit your finding through the Hathor bug bounty program at Immunefi.
- The Immunefi platform manages triage, communication with the Hathor Labs security team, and reward processing.
The bounty program page describes the scope of eligible vulnerabilities, severity classifications, and reward tiers.
